取2ml羟脯氨酸溶液（0.1→100），加2ml酸性茚三酮溶液，水浴加热15min，溶液显蓝色。To 2ml of a solution of Hydroxyproline(0.1→100) and add 2ml of the acidic ninhydrin solution and heat on a water bath. To 2ml of a solution of hydroxyproline (0.1→100) and add 2ml of the acidic ninhydrin solution and heat on a water bath for 15 minutes; a deep blue color is produced.
